    Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and walk-in interviews. Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies (local and overseas). Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Prepare and issue interview call letters, offer letters, and related correspondence. Support bulk recruitment drives and overseas recruitment projects. Maintain employee and candidate records (physical and digital files).
