Decreased machinery downtime from 8% to 4% through effective maintenance, ensuring timely delivery of export orders with quality standards. Planned and executed annual OPEX/Capex budget. Oversaw labor force of 500, recruiting and training for desired performance. Managed the development of multiple product/process/projects and new factory setup for mattress blocks.
