Kiru has been involved in creating and improving advanced analytics programs for clients in the retail domain. He has served as faculty at the Octave Data & Advanced Analytics Academy, training 8 batches so far. Over 400 Octave staff and client-side staff have benefited from his training. He is a member of the Data and Tech Leadership Forum, where he and his team introduce emerging technologies to the Octave technology stack. He leads the data science team, which consists of 15+ data scientists, senior data scientists, and lead data scientists, driving 22+ use cases across various departments, including Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Fresh Produce. Kiru has been responsible for designing advanced analytics solutions and validating solutions designed by the data scientists

He also tailors existing processes to create a better environment for delivering high-quality work. Kiru anchors 15+ use-cases across two different domains, namely retail and banking. He leads a team of 25+ data scientists, including lead data scientists, senior data scientists, data scientists, and associate data scientists. He mentors analytics resources from different practices such as data engineering, platform engineering, and delivery.
