SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

Oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and project requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding quality-related issues. Manage and oversee the performance of all subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and safety officers to ensure that quality requirements are understood and integrated into all project phases. Work closely with the health and safety team to ensure that all quality assurance procedures support a safe working environment on site. Prepare and submit detailed quality assurance reports to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring transparency and accountability in project execution.

RDA/ADB/IROAD/(NW)/NCB/CP-RR(PU2-R2)Conducting Inspection of Roads, Concrete Structures, Concrete pavements along with specification and client requirements. Oversee day to day Asphalt operation including preparation of surface, spreading, compacting and finishing. Identifying and addressing quality issues that arise during the process Collaborating with project managers and the team to resolve quality issues Preparing and maintaining quality control reports ( Line,Levels and Laboratory Test reports)
