• Account Management & Sales Growth: Responsible for managing the Eurofarm SPA (Italy) surgical dressings portfolio, and driving substantial revenue growth by expanding business in both government and private sectors. • Leadership & Strategic Planning: Leading the Eurofarm Division core team and coordinating with Imedra Healthcare sales force team to generate consistent sales island- wide while implementing strategic plans aimed at boosting market share and consistently surpassing sales targets for the assigned portfolio. • Operational Excellence: Planning and executing segment-specific key operational projects, campaigns, and programs, while optimizing the technical communication mix to enhance brand presence and knowledge sharing. • Distributor Performance Management: Monitoring and managing the daily performance of territory-based distributors, ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing and sales strategies, and driving consistent sales performance • KOL & COE Engagement: Establishing and nurturing the long-term medical-scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strategic partnerships with top medical institutions and surgical centers of excellence (COEs) • Data-Driven Decision Making: Preparing detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales funnel data for demand planning, sales targets, forecasts, enabling informed decision-making and conducting in-depth market research to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in surgical dressing practices.
