CONSULTANT PROJECT DIRECTOR

Represented Greenstat Hydrogen at summits and conferences in Colombo, speaking on the development of renewable energy infrastructure projects in the region.

PROJECT MANAGER

I lead the development and delivery of net zero innovation projects to improve the way renewable energy is produced; including [£35m] gasification plant, 2MWe electricity generation and 4MWt heat distribution (CHP) and a [£11m] Carbon Capture & 1MWt Hydrogen Purification demo plant. I have been responsible for:  Developing new proposals for fundraising to secure grants for key projects  Creating work plans (defining objectives, resourcing, budgets, communications)  Identification and analysis of risk and opportunities.  Management of grant funds, budgets and reporting up to external government stakeholders  Networking and developing relationships with new and existing clients and partners  Site permitting and environmental planning  Contract negotiation and contract management to ensure on time delivery of work  Communications; enhancing project visibility and accurate reporting  Management of a multi-disciplinary team across commercial, engineering and project management  Lead the engineering work packages through design -> installation (process, electrical, mechanical)

CONSULTANT

Solar System (ISB) - 400kWp commercial roof: wrote the techno-commercial proposal, produced a basic technical design and carried out project and financial planning. EV charging station 20kWe with solar and battery storage. I prepared a spatial and aesthetic visualisation of the standalone system with supporting energy yield and financial model

PRODUCT MANAGER

I led development and design of new product lines of a manufacturing operation annual £120m. I managed a team of 13 staff and coordinated internal communication and work results.
