    Completed Line 05 case sealer machine relocation. Designed and implemented a system for Line 01 hopper loading and unloading, which is safer and more reliable for operation. Automated the CIP (Clean in Place) system of Bottle Line 03. Designed and implemented a more reliable capping roller shaft for the Bottle Line 03 capping machine. Analyzed the system for the 5% capacity improvement project in the Cologne plant, and quotations were obtained for the improved system. Analyzed the current filtration process in Cologne and suggested SS cartridge filters instead of the filter press, along with quotations. Restored the Line 05 idle case packer machine, with mechanical parts reinstalled and built up to running condition.
