Plant Engineering Operations Oversight: Leading and directing plant engineering operations across HGBU & IGBU including maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, facility engineering and project execution to ensure high equipment uptime and stable production. Progressive Maintenance Pillar Deployment: As the PM Pillar Lead, I drive operational excellence through Ansell Production System best-in-class engineering practices, leading performance improvement initiatives and coaching teams to deliver sustainable loss elimination. I focus on maximizing equipment technical life cycle, minimizing downtime and unplanned breakdowns, improving machine availability, and reducing overall maintenance cost.
