Job Description
• IT STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP:
o Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
o Manage and lead the IT team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
o Collaborate with other department heads (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure technology supports key business processes.
• TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT:
o Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and security of the company’s technology infrastructure, including CRM, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
o Optimize the use of automation tools to streamline sales and marketing workflows, including customer engagement, lead generation, and performance tracking.
o Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
o Lead IT projects from concept to execution, including system upgrades, new software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.
o Prioritize technology projects based on their impact on revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• VENDOR & BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
o Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for software, hardware, and IT support services.
o Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that align with business needs.
• SECURITY & RISK MANAGEMENT:
o Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans are in place to protect company data and systems.
o Monitor and mitigate IT risks, including system vulnerabilities and downtime, to ensure business continuity.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience:
o 05 + years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales and marketing environment.
o Proven track record of successfully implementing CRM and digital marketing platforms.
o Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and automation tools.
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
o Knowledge of sales and marketing technology solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics).
o Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
