I have undertaken designing and prototyping of Plastic and Metal Products. Design for manufacture for Injection molding. Conducting prototyping using FDM/SLA 3D printing. Tool Design for new products using Injection molding. Tool designing and CAM utilization for CNC manufacturing. Mold flow simulations to analyze mold efficiency. Finite element analysis on products to test durability underloads. Participate in using injection molding machinery to manufacture articles for prototype testing. Furthermore, I have drafted Bill of Materials. Also, developed testing jigs for quality testing.

I work as the Quality Engineer for Atlas Axillia Pvt.Ltd overlooking the Injection, Blow and Extrusion Molding plant. Overseeing, nine quality officers have been bestowed the task of maintaining the quality of the products manufactured in the given Injection molding plant. I have conducted projects to develop manufacturing molds, analyzing critical defects and collaborating with R&D. Furthermore, I have established data logging systems for the daily monitoring and analyzing of the plant’s defects, DPMO and Quality performance. In addition, introduced defect classification for all products manufactured. Developed jigs and testing protocols and methodologies to quality check the produce. Moreover, establishing process flow charts, risk assessments and critical control points to streamline the plant and to increase the quality leading index. I participated in validating new mold designs, conducting feasibility tests and main plant trials for new products.
